With over a decade of experience as an elementary teacher and curriculum coordinator, she now serves as the Director of Learning & Engagement at Toddle, specializing in leadership, progressive curriculum, and AI integration. Cindy also hosts The School Leaders Project podcast, where she champions transformational learning and leadership.
