Originally from New York City, Meredith earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Fordham University and a master's degree from Long Island University. With a deep passion for psychology, education, and working with children, Meredith pursued a career that combines all three—professional school counseling. After completing an M.Ed. in Professional Counseling at the University of West Georgia, Meredith began a career as a therapist specializing in anxiety in children, adolescents, and families. In 2016, Meredith joined the Woodward Academy community as a middle school counselor. Now residing just south of Atlanta, Meredith enjoys life with a husband and two wonderful daughters..
