About me
Timothy Hipp served as the Chair of Computer Science at Woodward Academy for over twelve years. Under his direction the Upper School robotics team qualified for the VEX World Championships seven consecutive years before moving up to FRC robotics. He currently teaches both AP Computer Science A and AP Computer Science Principles courses as well as collaborates on the computer science curriculum development K-12. He has an undergraduate degree in Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Technology in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and and Ed.M. in Private School Leadership from the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College, Columbia University.
